WHAM wraps March classes

Classes include:

• Kids Painting Class for ages 8-12 meets next from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. March 23 for Hearts & Flowers soft pastel painting. Cost is $20. Art classes are designed to help create art in children’s development across many domains, physical, social, cognitive, emotional, imagination and experimentation development. CARree Tolle is here to help each child develop and grow. Take one or take them all. (each class we will be concentrating on drawing techniques, most drawings will be able to be completed and painted.)
• Self Care/Therapeutic Art for Adults is hosted By Color Yourself Purple, Mindfully Creative Healing Arts through Art Therapy from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday, March 25. To continue to be successful, or need a plan to get there, one must start within, and want to build your sense of self-worth. Art is a form of communication and expression, which makes it an ideal outlet for anyone to use their imagination and develop their creativity, self worth and boost confidence. Adult Self-Care classes will be full of exploration in self: mind, body, and spirit through art and self-care programs Cost is $25 each session. Instructor is CARree Tolle, a certified art therapy coach with Color Yourself Purple.

• Vibrations (Mixed Media Art) is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 27. Students will create a style of their own while learning techniques using simple tools such as masking tape, watercolors, and acrylics. Learn all this and more from artist Colene Clark in one of her painting classes offered this year. See additional scheduled classes by Colene. Cost is $35 per class and supplies are available for $5 a kit.
