Modern look to be easier for residents

The city of Surprise has launched a revamped website with a new look and feel at surpriseaz.gov.

The website features a modern design and reorganized menus that increase your ability to navigate across the website.

The site is mobile-optimized to ensure users can easily navigate and interact with content from any desktop computer, smartphone or tablet, anytime and anywhere.

Online forms have been improved to help modernize business practices and provide better access to residents who want to engage with the city and its programming.

Plus, staying up-to-date on news and events is easier with the redesigned notification system that makes signing up quick and viewing or managing email and text subscriptions simple.

Want City news, commercial project reports and more delivered right to a phone or inbox? Sign up at  surpriseaz.gov/subscribe.

An important note for previous email and text subscribers:

With the switch to this new website, those who were previously subscribed to email and text notifications from any news and information category, such as City News Releases or City Council Newsletters, will need to confirm their subscriptions to continue receiving these messages. Subscribers should have received an email alerting them of this requirement, along with instructions. Those who did not receive an email should visit surpriseaz.gov/subscribe and click on “sign in to manage subscriptions.”

Note to those who visit certain city webpages often and have any bookmarked: The page addresses have changed, so bookmarks will need to be updated.

Check out the redesigned website at surpriseaz.gov.
