The Surprise Human Service and Community Vitality department has partnered with St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance Kids Cafe to offer free breakfast and lunch to children up to 18 years old at the Surprise Resource Center, 2425 W. Bell Road, Building A, Suite 124.

Kids Cafe is a USDA program that ensures that children in low-income areas continue to receive nutritious meals during long school vacations when they do not have access to school breakfast or lunch.

Kids Cafe will operate 10:30-11:30 a.m. Mondays through Fridays through Friday, July 31. Children must be present to receive a meal.

The program will use a drive-thru model, and is offered on a first come, first served basis.

The Surprise Resource Center is located within the city’s AZ TechCelerator campus. Call 623-222-1600.
