The Sun City Grand Drama & Comedy Club’s Cabaret Players returns for a new season beginning with “Witty Shorts and Torts.”

Shows are at 7 p.m. Nov. 3, 4 and 5 in the Sun City Grand Cimarron Center theater, 17100 W. Clearview Blvd. Surprise. Doors open at 6:30.
Four short comedies, featuring 15 actors on stage with scripts in hand in a “readers theater” format, will be presented in the relaxed atmosphere of the Cimarron Theater.

In past seasons these shows have been popular and sold out quickly, so it is advised to get tickets early, and enjoy four hilarious skits: “Lawyer, Lawyer,” “Candy Heart,” “Love Bite,” and “Knockers.”

Seating is open table. Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased online at granddrama.com, suncitygrand.com or in person at the Sun City Grand activities desk, 19753 N.Remington Drive.

The activities desk is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
