I live in Mountain Vista Ranch and the first time I heard about this being an issue was when I received a letter from the HOA stating the decision of the city and how we, residents of Mountain Vista Ranch, should write to the city expressing that we do not want this road to occur.
However, the HOA has never really asked our opinion, and its reasoning for increased traffic is inaccurate. I feel like this new road in and out of Mountain Vista Ranch will divert traffic away from the school, which has more small children near it than the park usually does.
Therefore, Don Levy may claim to represent the communities opinion, when the HOA has never sent us anything asking for our opinion on the matter.
