HOA summit set for Surprise public safety building

Join Beth Mulcahy of the Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. for an informative class on Arizona’s HOA and condo laws from 1 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9 in the Surprise Public Safety Building Auditorium, 14250 W. Statler Plaza.

The summit will include many current topics such as fiduciary duties of board members, the Arizona Open Meeting Law, annual meetings, the board removal process, signs, flags, solar panels, artificial turf, reserves, annual audit requirement, peaceful assembly on common areas, disclosure and transfer fees, records requests, flags, fines, taxes, and maintaining corporate status to limit liability, fair housing and rental properties.

There will be time for Q&A at the end of the class for other HOA/condo law questions.
