Hallelujah to stop at Fountain again

The Hallelujah Blues Band plays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, at I & J Fountain Restaurant, 12221 W. Bell Road.

Originally starting in 1997 as Wilby Dunn, the band changed its name to The Hallelujah Blues Band in 2007. The combo features Patrick Veit (guitar, lead vocals), Michael Caruso (bass, background vocals) and Robert Lowman (drums).

Due to limited seating reservations are required by calling 623-583-1222.

The Hallelujah Blues Band is a power-rock band based in Phoenix that performs a variety of blues, rock ’n’ roll, gospel and originals.

It lists Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King, Chuck Berry, Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix among the influences.

This trio also plays a variety of music including some country favorites such as “You’re Cheatin’ Heart,” “Six Days on the Road” and “Folsom Prison Blues.”
