DreamBuilder classes coming to Surprise

Program is designed for Spanish-speaking women

Posted

The free DreamBuilder program is coming to the AZ Techcelerator in Surprise for those wanting to start or grow a business.

DreamBuilder was created by the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is specifically designed for the unique needs of Spanish-speaking women entrepreneurs, but all are invited to participate.

Classes will be presented in Spanish by Gabriela Castro, owner of Trade in Motion, an international business consulting firm. She’ll teach tried-and-true methods based in today’s technology and market, and at the end of the program, participants will have a completed, personalized business plan that will help turn their dreams into a reality.

The free, seven-week course begins Wednesday, Oct. 26 and runs Wednesday nights from 6 to 8 p.m., finishing on Dec. 7.

Classes will be held at the AZ TechCelerator, 12425 W. Bell Road, Building D.

Those interested in this course can register at dreambuilder.org/AZTechCelerator.

While registration is online, participants won’t need Internet access after registering. All required documents will be printed and available on-site.

For information in Spanish, go to spanish.dreambuilder.org.

The AZ TechCelerator is the city’s small business incubator, designed to provide affordable space, tools and resources to help owners grow their businesses. It’s currently home to over two dozen Surprise businesses.
