Count Basie Orchestra comes to The Vista in Susprise
Posted
Tickets sales are open for the Nov. 13 performance of The Count Basie Orchestra at The Vista Center for the Arts, 15660 N. Parkview Place.
Two shows are available, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and ticket purchases can be made at TheVistaAZ.com or by calling the box office at 623-523-8888.
The Count Basie Orchestra’s 85th Anniversary Tour will highlight their latest album, Live at Birdland, which was released in Sept. 17. This two-album set was recorded live at the iconic jazz club to which Basie called his musical home and features vocalist Carmen Bradford, trombonist Clarence Banks and director Scotty Barnhart.
The Vista has a robust schedule for the 2021-22 season, touting a wide variety of acts ranging from comedians, magicians, plays, orchestras and other musical acts. Shows, showtimes and artists are subject to change.
