Alta Surprise gets P&Z approval in City Center

The Surprise Planning and Zoning Commission approved a site plan Oct. 19 for a 312-unit multi-family development in the Surprise City Center called Alta Surprise.

The development includes 13 separate three-story residential buildings that include 180 one-bedroom units, 120 two-bedroom units, and 12 three-bedroom units.

Included on site is a 5,059 square foot clubhouse in addition to a pool and other outdoor amenities, such as a dog park.

The site is approximately 11.7 acres north of the northwest corner of the intersection of Litchfield Road and Statler Boulevard.

It includes 435 on-site parking spaces.
