Sun City West club offers help to ‘Witches’
Posted
The members of the Artistic Hand Lettering, Cards and Mixed Media Club of Sun City West have new equipment and unique skills that they are offering to use to assist residents involved in the 2022 Witches Ride Parade.
Last year, 175 decorated golf cars and bicycles paraded through the community.
“Our club members are creative and have the abilities to manufacture hats, golf cart signs and any number of decorations for the ride,” stated Artistic Hand Lettering Club Co-President Judy Ross. “We have members that like thinking outside of the box.”
Club members will offer consultation, design and production of each witch’s vision. The only fee will be for the materials.
“We are so pleased to be working with the Artistic Hand Lettering, Cards and Mixed Media Club,” said Head Witch Anna Gorman. “There is so much talent and creativity in Sun City West clubs that we look forward to partnering with them to make the 2022 Witches Ride and Parade a success.”
Contact Ross at ahlcandmm@gmail.com to get started designing unique costume and golf car for the ride.
