The Rumrunner Steel Drum Band performed for the Sun City Spanish Club (El Círculo Español) on March 12 as part of the second program in the club’s new “Cultural Happy Hour.”

These happy hours have online Zoom presentations 4-5 p.m. the second Friday of each month.

The next “Cultural Happy Hour” is Friday, April 9. There will be an opportunity to purchase Cuban food and hear about Cuba.

In May, the speaker will be direct from Mexico City and will speak about Mexico’s architecture and artistic heritage.

These programs are open to all members of El Círculo Español. Membership in the Spanish Club is $10 annually and is open to RCSC cardholders only. Annual membership allows members to participate in all classes for no additional fees. Speaking Spanish is not required.
