The Arizona Department of Health Services has a data dashboard now tracking its three benchmarks for specified business in the state to reopen. Figures represented in the dashboard, updated every Thursday, are about 12 days old to allow for lags in reporting. Benchmarks: ADHS requirements businesses to reopen is fewer than 100 COVID-19 cases per 100,000 people, less than 10% test positive for the virus and hospital visits due to COVID-like illnesses is below 10%.
