Governing board presents mid-year report

Posted

The Recreation Centers of Sun City West governing board will conduct a special meeting  9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17 in the Summit Hall at Palm Ridge Recreation Center, 13800 W. Deer Valley Drive.

Jim Sloan, RCSCW governing board president said this special meeting will have a mid-year report to the community on two major issues facing our future: water and our capital reserves.

RCSCW rules require the annual meeting to be held in June. Mr. Sloan said that at the 2019 annual meeting a special mid-year meeting would be a good idea since some seasonal residents are not able to attend  that meeting.
