Pacemakers prep for Peoria performance

Combo to play Sunset Bistro

Cheri and the Pacemakers will be out and about for another West Valley gig.

The combo will perform live at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14 at Sunset Bistro at the Lakes, 19260 N. Westbrook Parkway, Peoria.

The group consists of Cheri Adams of Sun City West (piano, guitar, vocals), Dave Albert of Sun City West (guitar, vocals), Dan Krohn on drums and vocals, and Larry Hill on bass.

The band plays a mix of oldies rock, Motown, blues and some country. Influences includes The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Temptations, Supremes, Chubby Checker, B.B. King and Garth Brooks.
