There is another temporary underage occupancy permit request, this time for a 10-year-old to live in Sun City.
When we (and many others we know) moved to Sun City, we signed a paper that we were moving into a 55-plus community. I am under the assumption that means no children. Another resident has filed a petition for his 10-year-old daughter to live in Sun City.
