Oregon club meets, elects new board

The State of Oregon Social Club had its first gathering since the two-year COVID hiatus. The afternoon at Beardsley Park in Sun City West began with greetings and conversation, followed by the annual meeting, barbecue and games.

The new board of directors elected include President Joe Tuma, Vice President Ken Oliphant, Secretary Kathy Michels, Treasurer Marla Duffield, Assistant Treasurer Ginny Bignell, Publicity Penny Matsler, Membership Margaret Oliphant, Web Master Linda St Pierre, Social Chair Lisa Zollman and Board Members-at-Large Edi Misner and Barbara Jones.

The club is open to all current or past Oregon residents and any others who have an interest in the state. Annual dues are $5 per year.
