“Coming from the teaching profession, I am highly organized, dedicated to helping others understand, extremely flexible, able to meet high demands, focused on details, always in constant communication and highly skilled at multi-tasking, which is perfect for working in real estate,” said McKillip. “I chose to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because it was founded on honesty, integrity and service. It was an easy choice after learning they were voted the most ethical company.”

Most recently, she was a second-grade through fourth-grade teacher at BASIS.ed. Before that, she was a fifth-grade teacher with the Dysart Unified School District. She holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.
