While driving around on R.H. Johnson Boulevard this Saturday morning (Oct. 24) before many were even up, I noticed something that completely baffled me.
From one end of R.H. Johnson Boulevard to the other every Trump campaign sign was spray painted with “F Trump” as well as “BLM” and “ANTIFA” with all other writing spray-painted over. The person(s) also went so far as to spray-paint signs advertising Trump merchandise. Of course, there was no such damage to Biden or any other candidate signs. I wonder why that is?
For the life of me I can’t figure out why people would do such a juvenile thing. Do they think that by defacing someone else’s property that they’d convince anyone to say, “Hey, I’m going to change who I support and go along with people filled with hate and spray cans?” Do they think that somehow if the campaign signs are wiped out that people will not know that Trump is running? Do they think that people will enjoy seeing such vulgar graffiti while driving to and from the store or rec centers?
C’mon man!
The only thing I can come up with is those that support or perform such idiotic actions must need a mental evaluation to help them get past their obvious overwhelming anger at inanimate objects such as signs and/or to help them grow up.
