Francis joins Coldwell Banker Realty

Barbara Francis is now associated with the Sun City Bell office, 17001 N. Del Webb Blvd., of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent.
“I decided to affiliate with Coldwell Banker because it was very important for me to find an agency that was willing to train me and get me off to the right start,” said Francis. “In addition, Coldwell Banker has been around for many decades and has a proven outstanding record in the industry.”
Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Realty, she owned a small women’s boutique shop in California for a few years. Before that, she was a social worker in California and college professor for about seven years.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in child development and family life with a concentration in psychology, sociology and education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a master’s degree in special education and assessment from Sonoma State University. Active in her community, she volunteered at various POD sites for COVID vaccinations.
