The Community Fund of Sun City West continues to be ready to assist residents with their financial needs.

People who have seen their finances put in a bind because of coronavirus and they are not sure if they can make their utility payment for the month are just two reasons for residents to consider assistance. The Community Fund has funds to assist Sun City West residents with emergencies, medical bills, rent, utilities, etc.

Call the hotline at 623-546-1122 and leave a short message with a name and phone number. The call will be returned as soon as possible.

To qualify for assistance, applicants must have been a resident of Sun City West for at least one year. Income and medical status are also considered. All information given to the Community Fund is confidential.

Editor’s Note: Ms. Peterson is a Sun City West Community Fund spokeswoman.
