New home leasing center for Mountain View property open

Posted

The new home leasing center for the Christopher Todd Communities On Mountain View, 14155 W. Mountain View Blvd., has opened and the company is reporting brisk activity so far.

The innovative hybrid luxury gated rental community is comprised of 217 single-family smart homes with private, maintenance-free backyards.

Joe and Geri Jacobucci, who currently live in another Christopher Todd Communities neighborhood in the West Valley, expect to move into Christopher Todd Communities On Mountain View in the new year.

The Mountain View location will get the Illinois retirees a bit closer to friends and family in Phoenix and in the Sun Cities, where they had live years before.

“And we will be able to walk to restaurants and Trader Joes,” Mr. Jacobucci said. “We’re excited about that.”

“We owned homes most of our lives until recently and appreciate that we don’t have to deal with maintenance anymore — not even a light bulb,” he said.

And for Geri, having their own home, with no one above or below, plus a backyard, gives them the privacy they want, yet the community amenities are nearby.

“We like that we have place for a grill and can have a few friends over and entertain in our backyard,” Ms. Jacobucci said. “And the pool area is a great place to connect with neighbors.”

The one- and two-bedroom, single-story homes with 10- to 11-foot ceilings, come with smart home technology and maintenance-free private backyards which are great for working from home.

Each home is equipped with DirecTV and technology for keyless door entry, remote door locking, and climate and entertainment control via smart phone or tablet. The remote climate feature can help residents save up to 12% annually on their heating and cooling costs. To support the smart features, the included internet has a speed up to 1000/1000 mbps.

The amenity-rich smart-gated community features a resort-style heated pool and spa, ramada with TVs, fitness studio and event lawn.
