How do the Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. fees compare to Sun City West’s fees?

You may be surprised!

Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. fees:

• Annual property assessment — $496 per year per property, $1 lower than Recreation Centers of Sun City West per single deeded owner, if two people are on the deed one pays $496 and the other is free, no charge.

• Preservation and improvement fee — $4,000 per occurrence as of Jan. 1, 2022; $300 higher than RCSCW.

• Transfer fee — $300 per occurrence, $175 higher than RCSCW.

• Annual privilege card — $248 per person; $249 lower than RCSCW.

• Short-term privilege card (30, 60, 90 days) — $75 per person per month as of Jan. 1, 2017; $10 lower than RCSCW.

Recreation Centers of Sun City West, Inc. July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022:

• Recreation fee — $497 annual per person on title; $1 higher than RCSC.

• Asset preservation fee — $3,700 one time; $300 lower than Sun RCSC.

• Disclosure packet fee — $125 one time; $175 lower than RCSC.

• Tenant activity card (1 to 6 months) — $85 per month; $10 higher than RCSC.

Surprised? RCSC fees are higher than RCSCW. Sun City is still the best place to be.
