Sherman: Resident urges vote for Collins in Sun City

Our community members of Recreation Centers of Sun City have steadily lost membership privileges, including our voices by voting on governance changes over the last 2-3 years.

A few of our board members have not been supportive or respectful to members with questions, ideas and requests. Steve Collins has been working for equal representation for our members since his election to serve. He and others on the board have been ridiculed repeatedly for actually representing the members instead of dictating corporate legal or administrative management choices. Fair golf fees for members versus public visitors/privileges is only the most recent obvious positive change he has worked on.

His common sense is greatly needed going forward and he deserves to serve on your behalf to return member representation well into the future.
