Redden: Quality of play not fault of course in Sun City

I find it hilarious how a few of us golfers actually take to pen and paper to bellyache about sand bunkers.
We’ve all mumbled a few words about our play, but it’s not the courses’ fault.
I guess I have too much fun enjoying what Sun City has to offer and the golf courses are one of my joys. It’s a financial bargain, we get eight golf courses in unusually great shape. The greens keepers and management gets a big thumbs up from me!
So stop with all the whining about how deep the bunkers are — they are a hazard! If your too old to hit out of them, give it a toss out! My golf balls see enough of the beaches in Sun City and I get my share of barkies too, but I’m not advocating chopping trees down.
