How wonderful that a new manager for Sun City Home Owners Association, Michael O’Paterny, was hired.
That’s the best thing to happen for all of us in Sun City. We need some younger blood in SCHOA with new ideas and ways to update and enforce the CC&Rs so our homes and neighborhoods will be kept up in appearance, and safe, and only those 55-plus in age are allowed to live here. So we all can be proud to live in a retirement community that is beautiful and safe as Sun City was established to be in the 1960s.
