Eve’s Place looking for school supplies

Eve’s Place officials are looking for school supply donations to support clients’ families.

The “Back to School” drive will be conducted through this month and is in conjunction three Northwest Valley businesses. Donations can be dropped off at three locations — 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, Camino del Sol Funeral Home, 12739 Camino del Sol, Sun City West; 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday, To My Surprise Shuttle, 12425 W. Bell Road, Surprise; and 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday, CIT Bank, 19432 N. R.H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West.

Items needed include teen backpacks, youth backpacks, USB flash drives, scientific calculators, graphing calculators, earbuds, college rule 5-subject notebooks, glue sticks, 2-pocket folders, wide rule notebooks, graphing paper, highlighters, index cards, colored pencils, pencil sharpeners, 3-ring binders, scissors, college rule loose leaf paper, dry erase markers, bold and thin markers, Post-It notes, Target gift cards, Walmart gift cards, Verizon gift cards and Verizon WiFi jetpacks.

Eve’s Place is a Northwest Valley-based nonprofit organization that provides services to domestic violence, sexual assault and teen dating violence victims.
