Esposito: Resident gives thanks to mail clerks in Sun City

I want to give kudos and thanks to the postal clerks at the Sun City main post office, and Mary, Vangie and Jennifer in particular.
I had a package I attempted to mail and I printed a wrong label. I immediately contacted the substation where I left when I realized my error but was advised it was on the way to the post office on Bell Road, so I went there.
First I spoke to Vangie and she said she’d get me a supervisor and left to do so right then. Apparently the supervisor was in a meeting so Mary came to my assistance. She listened patiently to my problem and offered to go to the dock and look through the boxes herself to locate it. She even took my phone number to let me know if she found it. In less than an hour later she called and said she had it and it would be at the front counter for me. I left immediately and when arriving there I spoke to Jennifer and she had it waiting for me.
I can’t say enough for the pleasant, helpful and professional care they gave me. It would have been a complicated mess if they didn’t care enough to help me. They truly went out of their way for me and I want to thank them publicly!
