Ebbesen: Resident prefers country club in Sun City

I live in Sun City but am a member of Sun City Country Club.
I choose to play at a non Recreation Centers of Sun City golf course because it is extremely difficult to get tee times at the rec center courses, particularly if you do run a good size golf group, which I do.
I think nonresidents should not be allowed to buy annual passes, period! The golf courses are part of the rec centers. There should be no annual passes and green fees for outside play should be higher (they should be comparable to non-rec center courses in the area).
