Depasquale: Do not pick fruit without permission in Sun City

Please ask before picking fruit off trees.
At the corner of Camden Avenue and Cumberland Drive someone helped themselves to all the lemons off the tree on this corner house.
You should have asked because now the owner of the tree has none to enjoy because you took so many.
Shame on you.
On another note, it is very disgusting to see all the dog poo that these pet owners don’t want to pick up and I am sure they walk after dark so they don’t have to pick it up but leaves it lay for walkers to see. Pet owners, please pick up your dog’s poop.
I am frustrated that it is nearly impossible to get anything done about stray dogs and or homeowners who let the dogs run loose. I have made several attempts, including some concerned neighbors, to all facilities and get nowhere. Just this morning we witnessed a dog getting hit by a car because its owner let it run without a leash.
I have called the Humane Society and the sheriff’s office and get nowhere and they just pass the buck. Does anyone know how this can get resolved maybe? Someone has had a similar experience with this issue.
Finally, I have known of several families that move into Sun City and for whatever reason their Realtor didn’t relay important information concerning rules of Sun City. Then they find out after the fact, whether it be not parking on streets after dark to not parking golf cars on gravel or yard.
The Realtors need to be more willing to share information because all the fees they get charged. Other information is just as important to the would be resident. There is plenty of commission to go around.
