Ware: Northwest Valley Connect needs paid & volunteer drivers in your community

Posted

If you are into sports this season, Northwest Valley Connect has touchdowns in green. Our goal supports drivers such as yourself to come and assist community members with rides to dialysis, cancer treatments, pharmacies and others identified as essential nonemergency rides.

Our services since 2014 are providing for people without transportation in areas of Sun City West, Sun City, Surprise, Peoria, El Mirage, and more while enhancing their daily lives. And yes, your generosity of time will be paid (NVC seeks drivers for both volunteer and paid positions).

Check your schedules for a flexible block of time that designates a.m. or p.m., four hours a day, two days a week.

Your consideration may be about others requesting participation as a neighbor, family member, or community member; however, this is a special ask by seniors who are 65 years and older, those experiencing the burdens of disabilities, as well as deserving veterans.

To learn more about driver and volunteer opportunities, contact Kathy Chandler at 623-282-9304.

Northwest Valley Connect go-to person is Kathy Chandler. Come and join our team, you will be a winner.

Thank you.
