Surprise library to reopen on Sundays this week

The Northwest Regional Library, 16089 N. Bullard Ave., is beginning the resumption of Sunday hours this week.

The library branch will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Sunday, starting May 15.

The library is also open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

The 23,000-square-foot regional library has a collection of over 40,000 items in all formats and offers over 60 Internet-accessible computers throughout the building.
