Named one of the highest-producing Realtors in Maricopa County, Somone Wilder, the branch manager of DeLex Realty’s new Biltmore location adds another accolade to her list.

She is the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors’ Forty Under 40 winner, according to a press release.

“It’s so exciting for me to receive this award and it’s an honor to be included on this list alongside other esteemed colleagues in my industry,” says Wilder in a prepared statement.

“I love making a difference in people’s lives by helping them bring their dreams of becoming homeowners to fruition — to me, that is the greatest reward.”

Through its Forty Under 40 list, the release said the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors has recognized members who are 40 years old and younger for their success, leadership and community and industry involvement since 2015.
