The City of Surprise is partnering with Vitalant Blood Donation to host a blood drive on September 6. Members of the community wanting to participate are encouraged to make an appointment through the Vitalant website Vitalant.com/BloodDrive. Although walk-ins are welcomed, those with an appointment will be given priority.
As a local non-profit, donations through Vitalant stay in the community to help our neighbors. On average, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,500 blood donations every day to meet patient needs, so this is an opportunity to transform your life and the lives of so many others!
