A Silver Alert has been issued for a Sun City woman who left home to go to the store.

Judy Kay Tanzer, 78, was last seen leaving her residence near 99th Avenue and Beardsley Road around 9 a.m. Monday.

Ms. Tanzer had told her daughter she was going to the store and left in a blue/green Honda CRV with Arizona license plate CLW2091.

She is known to shop at Walgreens near 99th Avenue and Beardsley Road, the Walmart Supercenter near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Deer Valley Road, and Costco near 83rd Avenue and Bell Road.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said attempts to locate Ms. Tanzer at those locations were unsuccessful.

Authorities do not know what she was last seen wearing.

Ms. Tanzer has no scars or tattoos but has a small mole above her upper-left lip, as well as pierced ears.

She has early signs of dementia, Lupus and heart conditions that require medications.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts can call 602-876-1011 or 602-876-8477.
