SCOTTSDALE — Cushman & Wakefield on Monday announced the firm has brokered the sale of Chauncey Lane Medical Offices, a multi-tenant medical and office building in North Scottsdale.

The asset totals 22,214 square feet in a single-story and was 100% leased to a roster including allergy, sleep, posture, kidney and financial services tenants.

The property was acquired by a private individual based in Southern California for $7.85 million.

The seller was Talia Jevan Properties, Inc., which was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Wichterman, Mike Coover and Alexandra Loye.

“Chauncey Lane is a high quality, very stable asset with a desirable synergistic mix of medical and professional office tenants,” said Wichterman, vice chairman. “The property consists of small and medium sized suites and is also within a short distance of two major hospital campuses.”

Alexandra Loye, Executive Managing Director, agreed.

“The property is ideally positioned in the robust and well-established Scottsdale Cure Corridor, a healthcare and bio-life science corridor. The trade area’s medical office occupancy rate remains very healthy,” she said.

Chauncey Lane Medical Offices is located at 6970 E. Chauncey Lane providing freeway access to Loop 101 and is a short distance from Mayo Clinic Phoenix Campus and HonorHealth’s Thompson Peak.
