Rob Schneider film ‘Daddy Daughter Trip’ to be released exclusively at Harkins Theaters
Family adventure movie to premiere at Scottsdale Fashion Square

Rob Schneider’s “Daddy Daughter Trip,” which he produced, directed and stars in will be shown exclusively at Harkins Theaters.
Shot in Arizona, the film also stars Jackie Sandler (The Wrong Missy), Monica Huarte (40 y 20), Migel Ángel Muñoz (“Un paso Adelante”) with John Cleese (A Fish Called Wanda) and singer songwriter Elle King and introducing Miranda Scarlett Schneider and Gavin Guerrero.
A unique family adventure/comedy, the film is live action mixed with animation, according to a press release. “Daddy Daughter Trip” tells the story of a second grader (Miranda Scarlett Schneider) who dreams of a fun-filled spring break vacation her family can’t afford. Against the better judgment of her mom (Sandler) and with only coins in their pockets, her dreamer father (Rob Schneider) decides to take her on a spring break trip anyway.
After a series of misfortunate adventures, their vacation is saved when the duo meet a couple of famous travel bloggers (Huarte and Muñoz).
“Daddy Daughter Trip” is produced by Rob and Patricia Schneider, David Tanner and Angie M. Cruz, from Mandalini Pictures, executive producer is Todd Graves from Dusty Desert Trailer and written by Jamie Lissow and Patricia Schneider.
Animation is by Joss Monzon and Francisco Herrera. Miguel Muñoz is repped by You Rock Talent.
Harkins Theaters plans to release the film in a roll-out starting with 15 locations on Friday, Sept. 30, and will world premiere the film at Camelview at Fashion Square in Scottsdale on Sept. 27.
Schneider is currently co-starring in Netflix’s “Home Team,” starring Kevin James and is embarking on his stand-up comedy tour throughout the summer.
He previously directed “Big Stan” and two seasons of Netflix Original Comedy Series “Real Rob.” He was with Saturday Night Live for five years and went on to star in films such as “Deuce Bigalow Male Gigolo”, “The Animal,” “The Hot Chick,”Deuce Bigalow: European Gigalow” and “The Benchwarmers.” Schneider has also co-starred alongside Adam Sandler in “Grownups,” ”Fifty First Dates,” and “The Waterboy.” Most recently he appeared in “The Wrong Missy” and “Hubie Halloween,” again for Netflix.
