Ridges at Peoria, a senior living campus located in Peoria, managed by the Goodman Group, will host a complimentary seminar that focuses on maximizing the wealth in your home and navigating the Phoenix metro area’s real estate market.

This event is open to prospective residents, families and the public. Reservations are required. To RSVP, please call 623-974-5848.

This seminar features presenters Kyle Keller with Keller Team Realty, Barbara Schacht with Primerica Financial Services, and Diane Kenney with The Goodman Group.

Guests will enjoy mimosas, breakfast pastries, door prize drawings and more. Information and tours of the campus will also be available.

With interest rates remaining low, now is the perfect time to take full advantage of this sellers’ market and plan for the future. According to Norada Real Estate Investments, the Phoenix housing market is the second fastest growing in the country. Phoenix home prices continue to rise as a result of extremely low supply and above-average demand. It is anticipated that home values will remain strong for the next 12 to 18 months, with one-third of buyers making cash offers and often waiving appraisal and repair costs.
