Police arrest teen suspect in Apache Junction homicide

The Apache Junction Police Department announced the suspect accused of killing his half-brother on Monday is in custody.

Detectives had identified Adam Williams, 19, as the suspect in the killing of Andrew Williams, 30.

According to police, Adam Williams left the scene of the fatal shooting at a home near San Marcos Drive and Broadway Avenue at about 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26.

He turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
