Midwestern University, in Glendale, announced changes in its leadership team effective this month.
Those promoted from within the university’s existing faculty and staff ranks include Yir Gloria Yueh, Ph.D., to vice president and chief academic officer, medicine, graduate studies, and podiatric medicine; Kaila Osmotherly Dougherty, O.D., FAAO, to vice president, clinic operations, from her previous role as medical director for the university’s Therapy Institute and associate dean in the Arizona College of Optometry.
Those promoted to administrative roles as academic deans are Sheri Brownstein, D.M.D., College of Dental Medicine-Arizona; Jared Chamberlain, Ph.D., College of Health Sciences, Glendale campus; Michael Fay, Ph.D., College of Graduate Studies; Carla Gartrell, D.V.M., J.D., DACVIM, College of Veterinary Medicine; and Laura Rosch, D.O., C.S., M.S., FACOI, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
