Masonic membership awards presented

Masonic awards for years of membership were presented July 8 at Apache Lodge No. 69 to Master Masons Don French (65 years) and Bill Arnold (60 years). The presentation was made by Lodge Master Lynn Glover.

Freemasonry is a fraternal organization that promotes self-improvement in men and service to the community they live in, according to a release.

Apache Lodge No. 69 of the Free and Accepted Masons of Arizona recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. Meetings are held at 726 N. Center St. in Mesa. A new lodge building is to be built at South Ironwood Drive and West Broadway Avenue in Apache Junction.
