Marcus & Millichap arranges sale of Mesa building

Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, recently announced the sale of a building for Verizon, a 4,000-square-feet net-leased property in Mesa.

According to Ryan Sarbinoff, regional manager of the firm’s Phoenix office, the asset at 1305 S. Alma School Road in Mesa sold for $3,301,600.

Mark Ruble and Chris Lind, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was procured by Ruble, Lind and Zack House, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, according to a release.
