For kids and teens in foster care, back to school is just one more hurdle to overcome because they often don’t have the right – or enough – school supplies to succeed. Without the right tools, not only do kids feel embarrassed, they are unable to perform at the same level as their peers, limiting their chances at good grades and graduation.

Help youth in foster care succeed at school

For kids and teens in foster care, back to school is just one more hurdle to overcome because they often don’t have the right – or enough – school supplies to succeed. Without the right tools, not only do kids feel embarrassed, they are unable to perform at the same level as their peers, limiting their chances at good grades and graduation.
With your donation, AASK is able to put together nearly 400 backpacks each year for students in elementary, middle, and high school.
