Goodyear Police are seeking the public’s help locating a man who has not been seen since May 12 after leaving Abrazo West Campus.

The department reported May 18 that Darren Montoya had been transported to the facility, 13677 W. McDowell Road in Goodyear, for medical care and ultimately walked out of the facility.

Mr. Montoya is a 31-year-old Native American male, who stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 250 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and shorts.

Mr. Montoya has the phrase, “Fat D,” and a crown tattooed on his arms/forearm area. He suffers from several medical conditions, police said.

Anyone with information about Mr. Montoya or his whereabouts is asked to call Detective Bengt Erickson at 623-882-7422.
