The Gold Canyon Business Fair returns Nov. 13 and will be held 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Gold Canyon Community Church, 5810 S. Alameda Road, within the large outdoor courtyard.

It will be presented by Gold Canyon Business Association and its event coordinators, Pam Burks and Chris Bukovac.

Come to support your struggling local businesses and get those home projects started with window coverings, carpet and tile, and much more for your inside and outside projects.

There will also be services, products gifts and jewelry that you want and need. Looking to sell your home, or buy a new home? Your Gold Canyon Realtors will be there. Our Gold Canyon Realtors are amazing people who support your community in so many ways, they are our trusted neighbors and friends.

Come to enjoy the entertainment and “spin the wheel” to win a door prize valued at $25 or more. Door prizes are provided by each attending business.

We welcome back Tina Vale to our 2021 Gold Canyon Business Fair; she is a vocalist, writer, poet, friend and Mom. She is a one-girl show. She captivates her audience with her smooth sultry style along with her ability to go from contemporary pop, classics, rock-n-roll and country music. She is a true prodigy. Since the Gold Canyon Business Fair has been in progress, Vale has been one of our biggest attractions; she is pure entertainment and an announcer extraordinaire.

Come to enjoy the food. We all love Mexican Food and Estilo Sonora of Superior is acclaimed to be one of the best. A sampling of the tempting menu includes tacos, quesadillas, quesatacos, Birria Fries, Mulitas and more. I know I will be coming hungry to the event.

Come to support your local businesses.

Gecko Expresso will be serving coffee within the event courtyard.

There will be many of your favorite businesses along with several new ones. Come out and see all the services, products gifts and more.

Spin the wheel for a chance to win a door prize valued at $25 or more, provided by each participating business. Please come and enjoy the fresh air, good food and fun.

For local businesses, home businesses, services, health care providers and crafters that want to participate, the cost for a space is $40; go to gcba.biz for more details and to pay for your space or call Pam Burks at 480-267-2286 or 480-214-5555 for more information.

Businesses must bring their own table and two chairs. Many thanks for the generosity the Gold Canyon Community Church by sharing their beautiful outdoor courtyard to help local business.

Editor’s note: Pam Burks is a resident of Gold Canyon.
