A Glendale Walmart store recently reopened after undergoing a remodel and improvements.

The Walmart Supercenter, at 5845 W. Bell Road, also presented community grants to the American Cancer Society and Canyon Elementary School, which is located at 5490 W. Paradise Lane, Glendale, and is part of the Peoria Unified School District.

The store remodel includes several department transformations.

“Nearly every department in this store was upgraded in one way or another and our customers will notice as soon as they walk through the door,” Joe Champey, Walmart store manager, stated in a news release. “These improvements will not only offer a fresh, new look but also help serve customers save time and money.”
