Glendale police arrested a woman on murder charges after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend to death.

Raeann Tyree Antonio, 24, was arrested on one count of murder. The victim was Nathaniel Richard Yardley, 29.

Just after 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 8, Glendale police responded to a call at an apartment complex near the 7700 block of North 51st Ave. A person called 911 to report that a neighbor approached her allegedly saying she had stabbed her boyfriend.

Officers arrived and located Yardley with multiple stab wounds inside Antonio’s apartment. Yardley was transported to a local hospital where he died as a result of his injuries.

Antonio was located and arrested shortly after police arrived in the apartment complex. During the investigation, officers determined there was some type of argument that took place inside Antonio’s apartment prior to their arrival.
