Their young son lost his life in a tragic accident in Star Valley. As a result, they purchased 224 helmets and donated most of them to the Hellsgate Fire Department where his accident happened.
There were a few remaining helmets left which they graciously donated to the Knights of Columbus Council No. 7243 for the benefit of The Boys and Girls Club of Apache Junction.
