Downtown Glendale to host annual Front Porch Festival

The 28th Annual Front Porch Festival & Old Towne Marketplace goes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 in Historic Downtown Glendale.

Many shops and eateries have special activities planned for the day, including artisan demonstrations, make-and-take crafts, delicious treats and more. Fall fun activities include a specialty charm for the Historic Downtown Glendale Charm Bracelet.

Don’t miss the Scarecrow Stroll featuring uniquely decorated scarecrows on the front porches and lawns, and by the front doors and windows of numerous downtown businesses.

Begin at the Arizona Information Center, 5836 W. Palmaire Ave., to pick up the event map and activity list.
