Donna June Buske

Donna Buske, 82, of Apache Junction passed peacefully Monday, June 13, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband Waldo "Buck" Buske, daughter Candy Lynn Fischer, son Donald Scott Smith and sister Sarah Eide. She is survived by daughters Linda Denton (Mark), Katherine O'Keefe (Donald), son Dale Buske, stepdaughter Julie Jonson (Rod), stepsons Mike Buske and Tim Buske (Connie) and sister Linda Round. Between them, Donna and Buck had 8 children, 23 grandchildren,29 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Donna was a long-time member of the Women of the Moose. She loved all her roles such as Senior Regent, giving out school scholarships and playing Mrs. Santa Claus at their annual children's party. She would often say things like "We do the best with what we got" and "God does not walk beside me or behind me or in front of me; He is within me!" She is surely with Him now. Per her request, there will be no services. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her name to Hospice at Home of Arizona, who has our deepest appreciation and gratitude.
